IQ Group Celebrates 21 Years
2021 marked IQ’s 21st year of operations in Australia. We’ve took the time to reflect on our unique history of intertwining our people with the people that we work for, and how IQ has become the successful company that it is today. It’s like a choose your own adventure book. We have so many great memories and so much to be proud of, turning 21 in ’21!

Celebrating 21 Years
Each state held an IQ conference to reflect on our 21 years of operations in Australia and to plan for the future. We connected each office online and the theme for the event was “Oh the places we will go”. We gave thanks to all our clients and were lucky enough to have some attend in person and provide feedback. Our company culture remains strong and these photos, along with feedback from our recent employee engagement survey, are a celebration of the connection and commitment that IQ employees bring each and every day.
