Martha joined IQ Group in April 2014 as Human Resource Manager and later became the Head of People and Resourcing.  Martha has extensive senior leadership experience in human resource management and business services having held a variety of roles working for the electricity industry in Queensland and later moving to Victoria to join the executive committee of a leading wine business.

In her role as Head of Corporate Support Services, Martha is responsible for the management and delivery of supporting services to our consulting teams. This includes providing leadership for the IT and PMO operations of the company as well as the engagement and utilisation of resources.
