Sam Gosios is an experienced financial services and professional services executive.  He joined the IQ Group in June 2018 and is responsible for client relationship management, market development and major bids.

Before joining the IQ Group, he held executive roles at Kinetic Super, Mercer, Superparters and HOSTPLUS.

His career has spanned Australia, New Zealand and Fiji where he has managed large projects, led business units and large teams.

Sam has a passion for helping high volume customer businesses solve complex problems, leading complex transformations and finding new ways to grow market share.

Sam has broad leadership experience, is a Certified Practicing Accountant and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He also holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours and a Post Grad Dip in Finance.

He is a promoter for meaningful change, and oriented towards originality and innovation.

Outside the office, Sam enjoys offering his time to help the community and tries his hand in a bit carpentry.
