Sharon Campanaro is the Head of HIQ Change & Learning Services, with 24 years’ experience in the Financial Services Industry and is passionate about improving customer outcomes, empowering teams to deliver quality change through collaborative involvement.  Sharon and her team are committed in supporting Financial Service organisations navigate the ever-changing, complex environment through the provision of a suite of industry-specific change and learning services.

Sharon has held several roles within Superannuation and Insurance over the years, including Operational Management, Client Relationships, Risk and Compliance, and Service Quality and Training.

Sharon is passionate about the power of multiple minds working through an approach together as this energises teams.  This collective energy provides confidence that can overcome even the toughest change management challenges in today’s industry.
