The Pat Baker Foundation
The Pat Baker Foundation reflects IQ's long-standing commitment to making a meaningful difference beyond the work we do with clients. Established in honour of Pat Baker, the Foundation supports initiatives that strengthen individuals, families, and communities in need. Through the Foundation, our people are given the opportunity to contribute to causes that matter — combining generosity, practical support, and shared purpose. It's one of the ways we ensure our impact extends beyond consulting and into the communities around us
The Schofield Crusaders
The Schofield Crusaders are another part of our IQ Group community, whereby employee Belinda McKinlay created and runs a local junior rugby league team in Sydney.
Through IQ's support, Belinda and the Schofield Crusaders have created new opportunities for young players to get involved in the sport. The leadership and hands‑on involvement highlight a strong commitment to community, youth development and building positive local connections.
