IQ Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Kate Westacott as Executive Manager – Technology and AI Services, joining the firm's Executive Team.

Kate Westacott is an executive technology leader with more than two decades of experience delivering strategy, technology and business transformation across financial services. Most recently CIO for APAC at SS&C Technologies, she has led large-scale technology and data-driven change for some of Australia's leading superannuation funds and UK wealth organisations.

Her appointment reflects IQ Group's continued investment in helping clients navigate the rapidly evolving intersection of technology, artificial intelligence and business transformation.

As Executive Manager – Technology and AI Services, Kate will lead the firm's technology consulting services, expanding IQ Group's capability across AI strategy, technology transformation, data, digital enablement and emerging technologies. She will work closely with clients to help them modernise their technology landscapes while ensuring AI is implemented responsibly, pragmatically and with measurable business outcomes.
