From day one, IQ’s support extended well beyond financial sponsorship. In addition to funding, IQ donated office furniture and equipment that were no longer required. These items were repurposed to help establish the club’s operations - assisting with administration, registration processes, and volunteer coordination in those critical early stages.
 
What began in 2023 with a small foundation group has rapidly grown into one of the area’s fastest-growing junior rugby league clubs. In its first year, the club fielded 11 teams. Since then, it has expanded to 24 teams and over 450 players, including dedicated girls’ teams and league tag programs, reflecting strong community demand and inclusive participation.
 
In 2025, the club was proud to provide a Women in League jersey to every registered player as part of its commitment to inclusion and recognition of the women and girls who contribute to the game. This initiative, a significant investment back into the playing group, would not have been possible without IQ’s ongoing support. Their partnership continues to enable the club to reinvest directly into players and families.
 
IQ is proud to have played a part in creating a safe, community-focused environment where children and families can connect, develop skills, and build lifelong friendships through sport.
 
The Schofields JRLC continues to grow, supported by volunteers, families and local sponsors with IQ proudly recognised as the foundation partner who helped bring the vision to life.
