What support do grads receive?
Graduates are supported with 12 months of structured, hands-on training designed to fast-track their learning and confidence. Each grad is paired with a dedicated Team Leader for day-to-day guidance, plus ongoing mentorship and career development from the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to ensure long-term growth and success.
