Kate Westacott is an executive technology leader with more than two decades of experience delivering strategy, technology and business transformation across financial services. Most recently CIO for APAC at SS&C Technologies, she has led large-scale technology and data-driven change for some of Australia's leading superannuation funds and UK wealth organisations.
As Executive Manager, Technology and AI at IQ Group, Kate works with clients to turn AI from vision into practical value. She brings a combination of executive leadership experience, technology expertise and a pragmatic approach to execution. Kate is passionate about helping organisations build confidence, adapt quickly and create sustainable value for members. At IQ Group, Kate leads with energy, building high-performing teams and reshaping ways of working to prepare the firm for what's next.
