What is the HIQ Academy?

The HIQ Academy is part of our HIQ Change and Learning Services (HIQCLS). It was created to support the current recruitment marketplace for the superannuation industry which is facing challenges to obtain the ‘perfect match’ of skills, experience and knowledge. Participants in the HIQ Academy are recruited based on their existing skills and experience, that align to the needs of our clients, and receive tailored training and ongoing support to upskill as required.

Are you looking to utilise your current experience to further thrive and exceed your career goals?  Are you seeking to work for a company that values work-life balance and recognises passion, hard work and perseverance?  If you answered yes to these questions then you may be eligible to participate in our HIQ Academy.  As each recruitment phase opens, we may be looking for particular skillsets and experience but all applications are welcome.

There are two pathways within the HIQ Academy:

• Participants are chosen based on their superannuation experience and require upskilling in a particular business capability (such as project management, project coordination or business analysis); or
• Participants are chosen based on their proficiency in a particular business capability and require upskilling in superannuation.
