Jimmy has over 25 years’ experience within Financial Services, with a successful track record in Project, Change, and Relationship Management across the Superannuation and Banking sectors, with experience across both Trustee and Fund Administration.

Having Joined IQ Group in 2022 as a Consulting Director, and Head of People, Jimmy recognises the importance of a collaborative working environment and has a specific focus on improving team culture and the growth of people.

Jimmy’s primary goal is to support the development of our people – to help achieve the level of service expected from our clients in providing strong delivery and domain expertise, and ensuring IQ Group remains the consulting services partner of choice.
